Waste It

Demonstrated by not taking an opportunity to learn, grow and/or give back. Individuals who waste opportunities are likely also disengaged and further investigation is required.

Take It

Demonstrated by taking opportunities to learn, grow and/or give back. Individuals operating at this level tend to take opportunities when they are presented to them, but often don’t proactively seek out opportunities themselves and tend to stay within their comfort zone.

Seek It

Demonstrated by proactively seeking opportunities to learn, grow and/or give back. Individuals who are operating at this level are not only taking the opportunities presented to them but also actively seeking opportunities and exposure to situations despite being out of their comfort zone.

Create It

Demonstrated by creating opportunities for others to learn, grow and/or give back. Individuals operating at this level may also be taking and seeking opportunities as well as creating them for others.
