Demonstrated by engaging in activities and discussions that impact the wider team. Most individuals on the individual contributor track or managers of a single team should be operating at this level as a minimum.
Department
Demonstrated by engaging in activities and discussions that impact the wider department. Individuals who are more senior in their career on the individual contributor or management track should be participating in activities or tasks that benefit a wider audience than their team. Individuals operating at this level may take part in discussions and activities that impact both a team and a wider department.
Company
Demonstrated by engaging in activities and discussions that impact the wider organisation. Individuals who are more senior in their career on the individual contributor or management track are likely to be participating in activities or tasks that benefit an audience wider than one department. Individuals operating at this level may take part in discussions and activities that impact both a department and the wider organisation.
