Demonstrated by either not engaging with change initiatives or by fighting them. Individuals who are resisting change will openly (or sometimes secretly) object to changes and are likely to ‘recruit’ others to the cause.

Embrace It

Demonstrated by proactively engaging with and practising change initiatives. Individuals who are embracing change are willing to try something different or new.

Champion It

Demonstrated by proactively engaging with and practising change initiatives and encouraging others to do so. Individuals who are championing change will not only be open and willing to try something different or new, but will also support and encourage others to try.

Create It

Demonstrated by being the creator/maker and driver of change initiatives. Individuals who are creating change lead by example when it comes to change initiatives and are not only champions of change but are also creators and drivers of it.
